01 Introduction

Welcome to MCW. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between MCW (operated under the domain mcw-mcw.vip) and any individual ("Player", "you") who registers an account, makes a deposit, or uses any service offered on the MCW platform. 05 Betting Rules

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MCW. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the MCW platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Using MCW for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the MCW platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing MCW staff or other players via any communication channel.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

MCW reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, or inactivity.

• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. MCW will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy fees or closing the account.
• If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
• If you wish to close your MCW account voluntarily, contact support via live chat. Voluntary closures will be processed within 24 hours, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.
• Players who have opted for self-exclusion under MCW's responsible gaming policy cannot reopen their accounts during the exclusion period, regardless of the reason given.
